2023 Amisfield Lake Hayes Pinot Gris

A succulent, aromatic and instantly enticing Pinot Gris.  Lake Hayes is an off-shoot of New Zealand’s famed Amisfield wines.  Unlike the Amisfiled wines which are all estate grown, fruit for the Lake Hayes wines is sourced from neighbouring vineyards in Central Otago.  The 2023 'Lake Hayes' Pinot Gris is a stunning representation of the region's unique terroir. Aromas of ripe pear, honeysuckle, and white flowers flow into a vibrant and juicy palate packed with luscious fruit flavours, with layers of apple, peach, and pear mingling together seamlessly. A slight mineral note adds depth and complexity to the wine, leading to a long, succulent finish.
