From Monforte d’Alba in Piedmont, Elio Grasso’s Langhe Nebbiolo is a fresh, refined expression crafted for early enjoyment. Sourced from nearly 40-year-old vines in the south-facing Gavarini vineyard, it reflects meticulous vineyard work and precise, minimal-intervention winemaking. Fermented in stainless steel including 20 days on skins, followed by 6-8 months maturation in stainless steel tanks. Micro-oxygenation is used judiciously for a softer mouthfeel.  The wine is vibrant and supple, with juicy red berries, tart cranberry, savoury herbs, orange peel, and a subtle balsamic note.  Elegant, energetic, and effortlessly drinkable, it offers a welcoming introduction to the Elio Grasso style.
