A captivating white wine crafted from a distinctive blend of Carricante and Catarratto grapes from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. The vintners courageous enough to tackle the challenging conditions of working vineyards on the slopes of one of the world’s most active volcanos are producing fascinating wines that clearly portray the unique place from which they come. The grapes are grown organically in the Contrada Arcurìa on the Northern slope of the mountain, 600 metres above sea level. There is a distinct minerality which is derived from the rich volcanic soils, with time on lees in concrete adding layers of texture and detail.  It’s a wine that is pure, intensely mineral and distinctively Etna.
