2025 Bondar Fiano

Fresh, pure and full of textural splendour.  Fiano is a white Italian variety that is grown primarily in the Campania region of southern Italy and on the island of Sicily.  It is fast becoming the white grape of choice for McLaren Vale.  Andre & Selina Bondar are one of the great modern Australian wine success stories making small batch wines in the McLaren Vale with an emphasis on quality and drinkability.  The Bondar Fiano is a wine that marries texture with tension. It is aromatic and lively, showing notes of white flowers, waxy citrus and a touch of hazelnut.  The chalky, savoury finish has a distinct lick of sea-spray tang speaking to the coastal location and making for an incredibly food-friendly wine.
