Hand-picked from asingle vineyard located right on the water in Port Arlingtonon the Bellarine Peninsula, this is a structured and characterful expression of Pinot Noir. Youthful and tightly wound at first, it opens with crushed rock, sour cherry and rhubarb, framed by bright acidity and a savoury edge.
With air, the wine relaxes and reveals deeper berry fruit, fragrant cherry and floral notes. Layers of cracked pepper and earthy mushroom emerge across a more structured palate, carrying through to a long, savoury finish.
