Nestled in Tasmania’s picturesque Huon Valley, Kate Hill Wines has been crafting beautiful cool-climate wines since 2008. Adding to its charm, Kate and her husband Charles transformed a 19th-century apple cool store and packing shed into their boutique winery. Made from Pinot Noir grown in Australia’s southernmost wine region, this gorgeous sparkling rosé is crafted using the traditional champagne method and aged for a minimum of two years on lees. Bursting with fresh strawberries, delicate rose petals and zesty citrus, with a delicious hint of toasted brioche. Fine bubbles, creamy texture and a crisp, dry finish make this a sparkling worth celebrating.
